A Prefeitura de Corumb\u00e1, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Gest\u00e3o e Planejamento, convoca\u00a0os aposentados por invalidez e pensionistas inv\u00e1lidos do Fundo de Previd\u00eancia Social dos Servidores Municipais de Corumb\u00e1 (FUNPREV) para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira etapa da per\u00edcia m\u00e9dica bianual.\u00a0O prazo para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0Laudo M\u00e9dico Atualizado\u00a0vai\u00a0at\u00e9 16 de julho.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Edital n\u00b0 01\/2024 do FUNPREV, o\u00a0aposentado (a) por invalidez e ou\u00a0pensionista\u00a0inv\u00e1lido (a), dever\u00e1 apresentar o Laudo m\u00e9dico atualizado de at\u00e9 60 dias de expedi\u00e7\u00e3o referente \u00e0 enfermidade de sa\u00fade que deram ensejo aos benef\u00edcios de aposentadoria por invalidez e\/ou pens\u00e3o por invalidez, inserindo a patologia (com CID-10) que causou a invalidez do aposentado e\/ou pensionista.<\/p>\n

O\u00a0laudo m\u00e9dico dever\u00e1 ser entregue,\u00a0dentro do\u00a0prazo estabelecido, na sede do FUNPREV\u00a0sito \u00e0\u00a0rua Dom Aquino, 525, Centro.\u00a0O aposentado por invalidez e\/ou pensionista que for residente fora do Munic\u00edpio de Corumb\u00e1, poder\u00e1 remeter o laudo m\u00e9dico original, para o Fundo de Previd\u00eancia Social, por meio de correspond\u00eancia registrada\u00a0endere\u00e7ada\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0rua Dom Aquino, 525, Centro, CEP 79330-060, Corumb\u00e1\/MS,\u00a0tamb\u00e9m observando o prazo definido.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0Per\u00edcia M\u00e9dica Bianual \u00e9 de car\u00e1ter obrigat\u00f3rio para todos os\u00a0aposentados por invalidez e pensionistas inv\u00e1lidos do FUNPREV relacionados\u00a0no Edital n\u00b0 01\/2024 do FUNPREV.\u00a0Considerando o Artigo 40 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, os aposentados por Invalidez com idade igual ou superior a 75 anos estar\u00e3o dispensados da Per\u00edcia Bianual.<\/p>\n

Quem n\u00e3o apresentar o Laudo, dentro do prazo, pode\u00a0ter o pagamento do\u00a0benef\u00edcio suspenso a partir do m\u00eas subsequente e liberados ap\u00f3s apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Laudo M\u00e9dico Pericial atualizado.<\/p>\n

O segurado que esteja impossibilitado de apresentar o Laudo M\u00e9dico atualizado em raz\u00e3o de mol\u00e9stia grave, impossibilidade de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o em raz\u00e3o de enfermidade ou interna\u00e7\u00e3o hospitalar, mediante atestado ou relat\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico dever\u00e1 comunicar tal fato ao FUNPREV\u00a0pelo telefone (67) 3232-6765, das 07h30 \u00e0s 13h30, de segunda a sexta-feira.\u00a0A\u00a0\u00edntegra do Edital n\u00b0 01\/2024 pode ser conferida na\u00a0edi\u00e7\u00e3o de quarta-feira, 17 de abril, do\u00a0DIOCORUMB\u00c1<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n
